This definition contains two descriptions of fire. The first is "any instance of open flame or other burning in a place not intended to contain the burning". The second type of fire is "any instance of open flame or other burning in an uncontrolled manner".
Last year, 29 fires were occurred at Tennessee colleges. Comparing previous year, it have decreased as 90.63%.
